I cannot recommend Dr. Rachelle Cohen and her team highly enough! I had a root canal performed today, and from the moment I walked in, I felt completely cared for and at ease. Dr. Cohen was professional, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything throughout the procedure. What impressed me most was that I felt absolutely no pain during the root canal. Dr. Cohen’s skill and gentle approach made what is usually considered a stressful procedure surprisingly comfortable. Her staff was equally wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my comfort every step of the way. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received. If you’re looking for an endodontist who is highly skilled, caring, and supported by an outstanding team, Dr. Rachelle Cohen is the one to see. West Seattle Endodontics is the only dental practice that I will go to for a root canal. I needed an emergency root canal yesterday and asked my regular dentist to be referred back to this clinic. This was my second root canal procedure done by Dr. Rachel Cohen who sincerely cares about my well-being and frequently asked if I was having any discomfort during the procedure. They offer nitrous oxide (for a fee) which helped me to relax. The office staff are all very kind and personable.

Dr Cohen is a magician! She’s incredibly thorough, makes you feel heard, and does magic to calm you during frightening procedures. I had two procedures I was concerned about since I’m claustrophobic and she knew how to handle my anxiety, so well that they were pain and anxiety free. Truly the best endodontist I’ve ever had. Plus she personally calls to make sure you are doing ok afterwards. Can’t believe I found someone so wonderful to go to for major dental work.

I was scared and in pain and Dr Cohen and her AMAZING staff took the best most gentle care of me. SO kind and thoughtful--every single person on staff. I had no idea this level of care existed and am so grateful my Dentist referred me to Dr Cohen.

I was a dental assistant and dental hygienist for over 30 years, And we referred our patients to Dr. Cohen for root canal therapy. They raved about the treatment they received. Last week I was a patient needing root canal treatment, and Dr. Cohen and her staff couldn’t have been more professional and gentle, Describing what they were going to do, and answering all My questions. I was surprised at how relaxed I felt in the dental chair. Special thanks to Chantelle, Dr. Cohen’s dental assistant for going the extra mile to make me feel relaxed. I even wore headphones with relaxing Christmas music and watching a beautiful Christmas scene on the ceiling in AI. I trust you will be very happy with this office.
